Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone. You will represent our company and its services with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your duties will include:

1. Customer Outreach: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, promote offers, and generate leads.
2. Customer Service: Handle inbound calls from customers, address their inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bengali, or other relevant languages.
