Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outbound calling. You'll be responsible for gathering information about potential clients, their needs, and preferences to determine if our offerings align with their requirements.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to nurture relationships, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Timely response to queries and requests is crucial to maintaining a positive rapport with our clientele.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer details, interactions, and transactions in our database. Keeping records updated and organized is essential for tracking progress and optimizing future interactions.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 12th grade to Graduate level. A strong educational foundation provides the necessary skills for effective communication and comprehension.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or customer service. Experience equips you with the knowledge and skills required to excel in this position.
