Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline ambassador of our organization, responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, address customer inquiries, and achieve sales targets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, highlight key features, and articulate value propositions to encourage sales conversions.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through effective communication and active listening. Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and offer solutions to meet their needs, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  3. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively pitching products/services, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals. Utilize persuasive communication techniques and product knowledge to drive sales conversions.
  4. Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales outcomes, using CRM software or designated databases. Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of customer issues or concerns.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and sales associates to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to team goals. Participate in regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance skills and productivity.


  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate level education.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice. Ability to engage customers, convey information effectively and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong negotiation skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to collective success. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other digital tools for managing customer interactions, generating reports, and tracking sales performance.
