Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to generate sales leads or appointments. Your primary goal will be to effectively communicate our products or services to prospective clients, build rapport, and ultimately convert leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products or services, explain their benefits, and persuade prospects to take desired actions such as scheduling appointments or making purchases.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information about prospects, assess their needs, and determine their level of interest in our offerings.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas set by the organization. Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to maximize conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
5. Data Management: Accurately record all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and follow-up actions.
6. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while performing job duties. Ensure that all interactions with customers are conducted ethically and by applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or a related sales role.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male, female, and others.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English (if applicable). Ability to articulate product/service features clearly and persuasively.
• Sales Aptitude: Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, establish trust with customers, and effectively handle objections.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
