As a Telecaller at our organization, you'll play a crucial role in our customer acquisition and retention efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to potential customers, engage them in meaningful conversations, and promote our products/services effectively. Additionally, you'll handle inbound inquiries, provide information to customers, and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list or leads generated through various channels. Present our products/services persuasively to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
2. Inbound Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming calls from customers regarding queries, requests, or complaints. Listen attentively to understand their needs and provide accurate information or assistance to resolve issues promptly.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction. Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
4. Data Management: Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, and actions taken. Update customer databases with relevant information to facilitate future communication and track progress effectively.
5. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics. Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective approaches for achieving goals.
6. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback from supervisors, participate in training sessions, and stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to graduate level.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications, sales, or customer service industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers.
• Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade others effectively. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
