Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interaction efforts. Key Responsibilities:

6. Stay updated on product/service features, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education requirement: 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and the local language.
• Ability to actively listen to customer concerns and empathize with their needs.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively promote products/services.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
