Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospects from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products/services and gauging their interest.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening techniques.
- Product/Service Promotion: Clearly and compellingly articulate the features and benefits of our products/services to prospects, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized attention and exceptional customer service.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospects to nurture relationships, address any objections, and close sales.
- Database Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the database.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in the local language, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to understand and fulfill customer needs.
