Job Summary:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales conversions. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place calls to potential customers from our database, introduce our products/services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits. Persuasively articulate our value proposition to encourage interest and engagement.
- Inbound Inquiry Handling: Handle incoming calls from customers professionally and courteously. Address their queries, provide accurate information about our offerings, and assist them with their needs.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through active listening and probing questions during outbound calls. Document relevant information accurately in our CRM system to facilitate follow-up and conversion.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and providing personalized solutions. Strive to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term loyalty.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals and upselling additional products/services where applicable.
- Follow-up and Documentation: Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospects to nurture leads through the sales pipeline. Keep detailed records of interactions, updates, and outcomes in our CRM system for future reference and analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other members of the sales and marketing team to share insights, strategies, and best practices. Contribute to a positive team environment and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications, banking, or insurance sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
