  1. Customer Engagement: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
  2. Handle Inbound Calls: Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and provide accurate information about our products/services.
  3. Build Rapport: Establish and maintain rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits and persuading customers to make purchases.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of calls, including customer information, inquiries, and outcomes, using our CRM software.
  6. Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues or concerns, and secure repeat business.
  7. Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs, preferences, and market trends.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade; however, a higher degree is preferred.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales-driven environment.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and preferably English, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
  4. Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convince potential customers and close deals.
  5. Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
  6. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve sales targets.
  7. Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for call management and record-keeping.
  8. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team environment.
