Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outgoing calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads, promote products or services, and schedule appointments.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through active listening, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or information.
  3. Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database, update information regularly, and follow up on leads promptly to ensure conversion.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, benefits, and specifications of our products or services to effectively communicate with customers and address their queries.
  5. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the sales process, provide support in closing deals, and achieve sales targets.
  6. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call metrics, lead conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
  7. Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and standards of professionalism during interactions with customers. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (SSC) to Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati and/or Hindi. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships, empathize with customers, and handle objections effectively.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Resilience: Demonstrated resilience and persistence in achieving targets, overcoming challenges, and handling rejection positively.
