Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by reaching out to potential customers via phone calls. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade customers to take desired actions, such as scheduling appointments or making purchases.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns. Provide accurate information about our offerings and address any questions or objections they may have.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation. Keep detailed records of interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
4. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain regular communication with prospective customers to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process.
5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Strive to continuously improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a graduate degree. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are required.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is highly desirable.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
