Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone in a professional and friendly manner. Listen to their queries, concerns, and feedback attentively, and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or avail of our services.
- Inbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from existing customers, address their inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product/service information as needed.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and database management. Keep accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, sending product/service information to prospects, and coordinating follow-up activities to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain Professionalism: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripts while communicating with customers. Ensure confidentiality of customer information and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed at least 12th-grade education. A graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role with a minimum of 1 year is required. Experience in telesales, customer service, or related fields will be an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil are essential. The ability to articulate information clearly and effectively over the phone is crucial.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Empathetic listening skills and patience are highly valued.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using basic computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
