Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads or close sales. Your primary goal will be to effectively communicate the value of our products/services, overcome objections, and ultimately convert prospects into loyal customers. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, highlight their features and benefits, and persuade prospects to take the desired action, whether it's scheduling a product demonstration or making a purchase.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling and follow-up calls. Gather relevant information about the prospect's needs, budget, and timeline, and effectively communicate how our offerings can address their requirements.
  3. Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects by actively listening to their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing accurate information about our products/services. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times to foster positive relationships with customers.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Proactively follow up with leads, overcome objections, and close sales to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and customers in the CRM system. Update customer information, track progress, and generate reports to provide insights into sales performance and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone. Fluency in English and local language is required.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and close deals effectively.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads until successful conversion. Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude are essential traits for success in this role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and other sales tools for lead management, reporting, and communication.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
