Job Title: Telecaller

Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining client relationships. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, convey product information persuasively, and ultimately drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or existing databases.
2. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
4. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, address their inquiries, and provide accurate information about our offerings.
5. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.
6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, customer details, and sales activities in the CRM system.
8. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: The minimum qualification required is 10th grade, although a higher educational background is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or telemarketing environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Additional regional language proficiency is a plus.
• Persuasive Skills: Ability to articulate product/service features persuasively and convince prospects to make purchasing decisions.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Target-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
