Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, provide information about our offerings, and convince them to avail of our services. This role demands effective communication, persuasion, and customer service skills to effectively interact with diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers with clarity and enthusiasm.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive questioning and conversation.
4. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
5. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities.
6. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate.
7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the database.
8. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives consistently.
9. Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer responses and market trends.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification from 10th to Graduate. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are essential.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
4. Persuasion: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence customer decisions.
5. Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
6. Target Orientation: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle rejection positively.
8. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
