Position: Telecaller

We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by engaging with potential customers over the phone, presenting our products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or set up a meeting.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust to effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings. Listen attentively to customer queries and concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively close sales and achieve targets. Overcome objections and address customer hesitations to ensure a positive outcome from each call.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback received. Update customer information in the database regularly to ensure data integrity and facilitate follow-up communications.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Ensure that all interactions with customers are conducted professionally and by established guidelines.
Requirements:
- Education: A minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) is required. Candidates with a higher educational background will be preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field is preferred. Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be given preference.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age to be eligible for this position.
- Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in the local language (mention language if applicable) are essential. Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous.
- Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills are necessary to effectively influence customer decisions and close sales.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills are required, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure sales environment.
