Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and persuade customers to make purchases or avail of our services. Key duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce them to our products/services and generate interest.
  2. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying leads through effective questioning and probing techniques.
  3. Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers by providing accurate information, addressing their queries, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
  4. Sales Conversion: Utilizing persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales and achieve targets.
  5. Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and facilitate repeat business.
  6. Database Management: Updating customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls and ensuring data accuracy.
  7. Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to a Graduate degree.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Persistence: Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejections with a positive attitude.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for maintaining customer records.
