As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in our organization, connecting with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a drive to achieve targets.


  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, explain their features, and highlight their benefits to the customers.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally. Address their queries, provide accurate information, and resolve any concerns or objections they may have.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information from potential customers to assess their needs and preferences.
  4. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through previous calls or marketing campaigns. Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system. Update customer information, call logs, and sales activities regularly to ensure data integrity.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve collective goals. Share best practices, provide support to colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to candidates of all genders – male, female, and others.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building rapport with customers.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Ability to identify sales opportunities and influence customer decisions.
  • Resilience: Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections effectively.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
