Job Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you'll play a pivotal role in our organization, engaging with customers, providing information, and promoting our products/services over the phone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Engage prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or set up appointments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, database mining, and other lead generation techniques. Qualify leads based on criteria such as interest level, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and guide customers through the purchasing process. Keep detailed records of interactions, appointments, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation. Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to help refine strategies and improve product/service offerings.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times. Ensure that all communication with customers is ethical, transparent, and per regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: This opportunity is open to individuals of all genders, male and female.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate information clearly, listen actively, and respond appropriately.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and handle objections effectively.
- Persistence: Resilience and determination to overcome rejections, handle objections, and persistently pursue leads until conversion.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for call logging and lead management.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer preferences and meet targets.
