Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone professionally and courteously. Listen attentively to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
  2. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, promote special offers, and generate leads. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients.
  3. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to maintain relationships, gather feedback, and address any issues or queries they may have. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including customer details, inquiries, and feedback, in the designated database. Keep track of leads, appointments, and follow-up tasks to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes, lead generation, and conversion rates. Implement strategies to maximize productivity and achieve performance objectives.
  6. Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and call scripts provided by the organization. Ensure consistency and professionalism in all communications to enhance the brand image and customer experience.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to a Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment. Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and achieve targets.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and address their needs effectively.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
