As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries from prospective and existing customers. Your primary goal will be to foster positive relationships with customers while effectively promoting our products/services and addressing their queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via telephone calls to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and provide assistance as needed. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Sales and Promotion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to effectively promote our offerings and maximize sales opportunities. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Continuous learning and staying updated with product/service updates will be essential.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions. Efficient data management skills will enable you to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Your ability to empathize with customers and offer effective solutions will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, confidentiality, and ethical conduct. Compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards is imperative to maintain the integrity of our operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to graduation.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telesales environment.
