Position Overview:

As a telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating telephonic contact with potential customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales conversions. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information from leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.
  4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, provide product information, and support sales efforts. Assist in closing sales and achieving targets.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to management to enhance sales strategies and improve product offerings.
  6. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion rates. Strive to continuously improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduation.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
