Job Description:

As a Telecaller at Priya Patel, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products or services. Your primary objective will be to generate sales leads, initiate sales, and maintain strong customer relationships. Your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth and expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list.
2. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to promote Priya Patel's products or services effectively.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
4. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, address their queries, and provide accurate information about our offerings.
5. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure a high conversion rate.
6. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals set by the management.
7. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
8. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
9. Adaptability: Adapt to changes in product offerings, sales strategies, and market dynamics as required.
10. Professionalism: Represent Priya Patel with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to Graduate degree.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telecalling or telemarketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. Knowledge of other regional languages will be an added advantage.
4. Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively to drive sales.
5. Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with a genuine desire to assist customers and address their needs.
6. Resilience: Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections positively.
7. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
8. Location: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir.
