Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and drive sales. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or through cold calling efforts. Present our products/services persuasively to secure sales or appointments.

2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns effectively.

3. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently. Demonstrate a results-driven approach to achieve individual and team objectives.

4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.

5. Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

6. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address customer inquiries, and facilitate the sales process. Keep track of customer preferences and follow through with appropriate actions.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to optimize customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and enhance overall business performance.

Requirements:

1. Education: A minimum educational qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) is required. Graduates or higher qualification holders will be preferred.

2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is essential. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is highly desirable.

3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and local languages are required. A clear and articulate phone manner is essential.

9. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
