Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take desired actions. You will also handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and provide relevant information as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold calling lists. Introduce our products/services, highlight key features and benefits, and persuade customers to take desired actions such as making a purchase, scheduling appointments, or subscribing to our services.
  2. Inbound Call Handling: Receive incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about our products/services, resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and promote customer loyalty.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or actions taken. Update customer information in the database and ensure data confidentiality and security.
  5. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or related field.
  • Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local language. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customers.
  • Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals.
