Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and maintain a positive relationship with existing clients. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services and generating sales leads.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and explain their benefits.
2. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
5. Keep accurate records of interactions with customers in the database.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer customer questions.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data protection.
9. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and achieve higher conversion rates.
10. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade up to a graduate degree.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone.
6. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
7. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
8. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
