Role Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating and managing communication with potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, promote our products/services, and facilitate the conversion of leads into sales. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and effectively address any queries or concerns to stimulate interest and generate leads.
  2. Lead Qualification: Assess the suitability and interest level of potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening. Identify qualified leads and escalate them to the appropriate sales representatives for further follow-up.
  3. Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers to nurture relationships, address additional questions, and guide them through the sales funnel. Utilize persuasion techniques to encourage lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
  4. Data Management: Record accurate and detailed information about each interaction in the CRM system. Update customer profiles, document relevant notes, and track progress toward sales goals to ensure effective pipeline management.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  6. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets. Regularly review performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize results.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) up to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role, preferably in a customer-centric industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in local languages and dialects is an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Persistence: Resilient and determined mindset with the ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales objectives.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in using computer applications, CRM software, and telecommunication systems.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work as part of a dynamic team environment towards shared goals.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
