Job Telecaller

About the Role:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, representing our company with professionalism and dedication. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales or appointments.
- Customer Service: Handle incoming calls professionally, address customer concerns, and provide accurate information.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to nurture leads and facilitate sales closures.
- Database Management: Keep accurate records of interactions, update customer databases, and report on call outcomes.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher education preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
- Age: Between 18 and 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male, female, and others.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a desire to assist and satisfy customers.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team goals.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Reliability: Punctuality and commitment to work schedules and targets.
