Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will include:
- Outbound Calling: Initiating calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Promotion: Introducing and explaining our offerings to potential customers clearly and compellingly.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Data Entry: Accurately recording and updating customer information and call outcomes in the database.
- Meeting Targets: Working towards and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Adhering to Guidelines: Following company policies and procedures regarding call scripts, compliance, and ethical practices.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field is required.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male, female, and others.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication skills in the local language as well as proficiency in English or any other additional languages is preferred.
- Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to persuade and influence potential customers to take desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment.
- Active Listening: Capacity to understand customer needs and concerns through active listening and respond appropriately.
