Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and provide assistance to existing customers. Your primary goal will be to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospects from provided leads or existing databases, introducing them to our products/services, and persuasively communicating their benefits.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and probing techniques, capturing essential information to pass on to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Customer Assistance: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product/service information to existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling skills to convert leads into sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospective and existing customers to nurture relationships, answer queries, and facilitate the sales process through effective relationship management.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, including call logs, customer details, and feedback, in the designated CRM system for future reference and analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align efforts, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate level.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
