Job Title: Telecaller

Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and facilitate sales. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through effective communication and rapport-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Sales Pitch: Present our products/services persuasively to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling and effective questioning techniques.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly.
  5. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture them through the sales process and ensure closure.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
  8. Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
  9. Feedback: Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.


  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
  • Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads.
  • Organization: Highly organized with good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
