Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and facilitate sales. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through effective communication and rapport-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Sales Pitch: Present our products/services persuasively to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling and effective questioning techniques.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture them through the sales process and ensure closure.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads.
- Organization: Highly organized with good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
