Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, delivering information about our products or services, addressing inquiries, and assisting with problem resolution. You will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, representing our company with professionalism and courtesy. Your duties will include:

1. Customer Engagement:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls promptly and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries, and providing accurate information.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences, fostering long-term relationships.

2. Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential leads and opportunities during customer interactions, effectively converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by persuasively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Maintain records of interactions, update customer databases, and track sales leads for follow-up.

3. Customer Service:

  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a timely and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product/service information, pricing details, and other relevant information to customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs effectively.

4. Administrative Tasks:

  • Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining call logs, and preparing reports as required.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer records and documentation.


Education: Minimum qualification required is 12th grade, although a graduate degree is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required, preferably in a customer service or telesales environment.

Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old to be considered for this position.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and local language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers.
