Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) education required. Graduates are preferred.

2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telemarketing environment.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages. Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.

4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
