Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads or set up appointments. Your ability to engage prospects and articulate the value proposition of our services will be crucial in this role.
  2. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns they may have, and upsell additional services when appropriate. Building long-term relationships with our clients is key to our success.
  3. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and prospects in our CRM system. This includes updating contact information, recording call outcomes, and scheduling follow-up activities.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries and objections. Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with product updates and industry trends are essential.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Your performance will directly impact the success of our sales efforts and overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum of 12th grade education required. A higher degree or equivalent work experience is advantageous.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets is highly desirable.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are a must, with the ability to engage clients confidently and build rapport quickly. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  4. Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
  5. Age and Gender: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old. We encourage applications from individuals of all genders.
