Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales. Your role will be pivotal in building and maintaining positive relationships with our clientele.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through engaging conversations and information gathering.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
5. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
8. Feedback: Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, trends, and potential areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification from 12th grade to Graduate level.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
4. Gender: Open to individuals of all genders, both male and female are encouraged to apply.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
7. Persistence: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a persistent attitude toward achieving goals.
8. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and setbacks positively and professionally.
9. Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
