Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to prospects, introduce our products/services, and persuade them to take desired actions, such as purchasing our offerings or scheduling appointments. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, presenting our products/services compellingly to generate interest and secure sales or appointments.
- Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally, listen to their queries or concerns, and provide accurate information or solutions to meet their needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication, follow-up calls, and personalized interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services, pricing, promotions, and processes to effectively address customer inquiries and promote offerings with confidence and accuracy.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals by consistently delivering high-quality calls, converting leads into sales or appointments, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers, including call logs, sales activities, and feedback, accurately documenting relevant information for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies, scripts, and guidelines for conducting calls, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical standards to uphold the company's reputation and credibility.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Good listening skills and empathy towards customer concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
