Job Description: Telecaller

Role Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction, playing a vital role in our business's success. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to take action. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ultimately drive sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Engage them in meaningful conversations to introduce our products/services and highlight their benefits.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and addressing any concerns or queries they may have. Provide accurate information about our offerings and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers to purchase our products/services or take the desired action. Overcome objections and objections gracefully to drive conversions.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers who have shown interest but haven't yet converted. Nurture leads through ongoing communication to encourage them to make a purchase decision.
- Data Management: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including their inquiries, feedback, and preferences, in the CRM system. Ensure data accuracy and update customer information as necessary.
- Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales revenue. Continuously strive to exceed performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to effectively persuade and influence others through engaging communication.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Target Orientation: Goal-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with basic computer operations and CRM software.
