Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone professionally and courteously. Listen attentively to their queries, concerns, and feedback, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Promotion: Introduce our products and services to potential customers through persuasive communication. Highlight the benefits and features of our offerings to generate interest and drive sales.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling and other lead generation techniques. Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Address their needs promptly, follow up on inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database. Keep track of call logs, update records, and generate reports as required.
- Targets Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics. Strive to achieve individual and team goals consistently.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services. Share best practices, insights, and feedback to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate level.
- Experience: Proven experience in telecalling or customer service roles, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Empathetic listener with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally. Maintain composure under pressure and adapt to challenging situations.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per business requirements.
