  2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of our products/services to potential customers. Your ability to articulate these points clearly and persuasively will drive sales and contribute to our growth.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their queries, providing accurate information, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Your courteous and professional demeanor will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Your commitment to excellence and your drive to succeed will be instrumental in achieving individual and team goals.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system. This includes recording details of calls, updating customer information, and tracking progress on leads and sales.
  6. Feedback and Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge. Provide constructive feedback to the management to improve processes and strategies for better results.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
