Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or set up an appointment. You will also handle inbound calls, providing assistance and resolving any inquiries or concerns customers may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make proactive calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Engage with customers courteously and professionally to build rapport and interest in our offerings.
- Inbound Call Handling: Receive incoming calls from customers inquiring about our products/services or seeking assistance. Listen attentively to their needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a database of customer information, including contact details and interactions. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support to build long-term relationships.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding ethical conduct, data privacy, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
