Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so a friendly and professional demeanor is essential. Your duties will include:

1. Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.

2. Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs, addressing their inquiries, and providing relevant information about our offerings. Maintain a polite manner throughout all interactions.

3. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales opportunities. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management team.

4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including details of conversations, inquiries, and follow-up actions. Update customer information in the database regularly to ensure accuracy.

5. Feedback Reporting: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement in our products/services.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders – male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bengali, or Hindi. Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Persuasive Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively. Confidence in overcoming objections and closing sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for data management.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per business requirements.
