Job Description: Telecaller

Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Sales Conversion: Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
4. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and gather relevant information for follow-up by the sales team.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, in the database.
6. Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer any additional questions, and encourage repeat business.
7. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve collective goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a Graduate degree.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old.
