Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients. You will professionally engage with them to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and address any concerns they may have. Your goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script.
  2. Explain our products/services to clients and persuade them to make a purchase or set up a meeting.
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  5. Keep accurate records of interactions with customers in our database.
  6. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.
  8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  9. Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.


  1. Minimum of a 12th-grade education, with a preference for graduates.
  2. Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role for at least 1 year.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to engage and connect with people over the phone.
  5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  6. Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  8. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
