Position Overview: As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients. You will be tasked with promoting our products/services, generating leads, and nurturing relationships to facilitate sales opportunities. Your ability to articulate our offerings persuasively and build rapport with customers will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or lists. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to introduce our products/services and highlight their benefits.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information about the prospect's needs, budget, and timeline to determine their suitability as a potential customer.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and addressing their queries or concerns promptly. Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
  4. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide support in converting leads into sales. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of customer issues.
  5. Data Management: Accurately record all interactions and customer details in the CRM system. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of calls, appointments, and outcomes to track progress and measure performance.
  6. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed assigned targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation. Take proactive measures to enhance productivity and achieve individual and team objectives.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to a Graduate degree in any field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or telemarketing roles, preferably in a related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (add specific language if applicable) and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers. Empathetic listener with a customer-centric approach.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Ability to identify customer needs and position products/services effectively to address those needs.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and internet browsing.
