About the Role:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating conversations with potential customers over the phone. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, address customer queries, and generate sales leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and follow-up.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, address their queries, and provide relevant information about our offerings.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Feedback Reporting: Provide feedback to the team leader or manager regarding customer preferences, market trends, and other relevant insights.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 12th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: Prior experience in a telemarketing or sales role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections professionally.
