Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, or setting up appointments. Your primary duties will include:

1. Customer Interaction:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide information about our products/services, promotions, and offers.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

2. Sales and Lead Generation:

• Actively pursue sales opportunities by persuading potential customers to purchase our products/services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources to convert them into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales, and leads in the database.

3. Relationship Building:

• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Listen to customer feedback and suggestions to improve our products/services and customer experience.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. Education: The minimum educational qualification required is 12th grade, but preference will be given to candidates with a higher level of education such as graduates.

2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field is required. Experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.

3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old to be eligible for this position.

4. Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

5. Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in the local language(s) and proficiency in English (if applicable).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
