About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take desired actions. Your primary goal will be to build rapport, generate leads, and contribute to the overall success of our sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs, and providing relevant information about our products/services.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to customers.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and opportunities through effective questioning and probing during calls.
  5. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.
  6. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  8. Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer responses, preferences, and market trends.


  1. Education: Minimum 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service roles, preferably in a sales environment.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English or other languages is a plus.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and handle objections effectively.
  5. Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to persuade and influence customers.
  6. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office applications, and other communication tools.
  7. Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
  8. Gender: Open to all genders.
