Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to make a purchase or avail of our services. Your communication skills will be key as you build rapport, address inquiries, and overcome objections to close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Introduce our products/services effectively, highlighting their features and benefits.
3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
4. Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns confidently, providing appropriate solutions or information.
5. Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to make purchases or sign up for services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
7. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (high school) to Graduate.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention language(s)] with a clear and confident speaking voice.
