  2. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote our products or services. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotional offers to generate interest and drive sales.
  3. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels. Maintain a proactive approach to ensure timely responses and resolutions to customer queries.
  4. Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the database. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics. Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  6. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and offerings. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings to customers.
  7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all interactions with customers. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical business practices.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th pass or equivalent. Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  2. Experience: At least 3 months of prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or customer service industry.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely over the phone.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Empathetic listener with a customer-centric approach.
  5. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or databases. Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
  6. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
